Amanda Paulson is an independent visual designer specializing in custom lettering and illustration for branding, marketing and editorial use. Since graduating from the University of Illinois with a BFA in Painting in 2008, I’ve had the pleasure of lettering and drawing for global brands and small businesses alike.
I work closely with each client to understand their goals and design typographic artwork that boosts their social presence and brings their brand to life. I work in a variety of mediums, and am known for my large scale murals—painted and chalk—that incorporate vibrant colors and unique letterforms.
I live in Chicago with my husband Zach, and when I’m not chalking or painting, I can be found at the gym, near the lake, or tending my urban garden.
